Job Summary
Provide leadership and exceptional customer service while overseeing shift operations and ensuring compliance with company and government regulations. Responsibilities include effectively managing the restaurant team, resolving guest complaints, achieving service goals, and maintaining product quality and restaurant cleanliness. Must possess strong interpersonal skills, exhibit collaborative teamwork, and demonstrate organizational discipline. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid food safety certifications, and the ability to manage employee labor according to labor laws.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
