Shift Supervisor - 224 East 47th Street

Shift Supervisor oversees Community Technicians and assists the Site Coordinator with departmental tasks and goals, including record keeping, statistical reports, unit coverage, and client care/crisis intervention; provides emergency first aid/CPR when needed. Qualifications include an H.S. diploma or GED (BA preferred), at least one year of supervisory experience, experience with homeless/mentally ill/substance abuse populations and residential settings preferred, strong writing skills and computer literacy, and First Aid and Fire Safety certifications (or ability to obtain them); bilingual Spanish a plus. Vaccination preferred but not required.
