Job Summary
Oversee store operations, supervise associates, and manage the sales floor as the Manager on Duty. Open and close the store while ensuring merchandise presentation, cleanliness, and safety compliance. Monitor front-end transactions, train staff on cash procedures, and control break schedules to maintain productivity. Handle receiving deliveries, process inbound stock, and manage loss prevention activities including EAS checks and security tagging. Ensure all employees adhere to dress codes and company policies while addressing customer service needs and emergency situations. Work evenings and weekends to support store leadership goals.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to use all Store equipment, including PDTs, registers and PC as required
- Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the Store
- Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop
- Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 lbs
- Ability to use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders and other assigned supplies
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments
