Job Summary
As a Shift Supervisor, you will provide leadership and exceptional customer service while ensuring operational efficiency during shifts. Responsibilities include managing the restaurant team, executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and overseeing daily operations such as equipment maintenance and employee labor management. The ideal candidate should have restaurant experience, be Shift Manager certified, possess food safety certification, and demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving
