Job Summary
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and great customer service while overseeing restaurant operations during shifts. Key responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and managing restaurant team performance. The role entails ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining proper product preparation standards, and managing employee labor according to state and federal laws. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively with staff, and effective communication with management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
