Job Summary
The Shift Supervisor provides leadership and customer service by managing restaurant operations effectively during shifts. Responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining compliance with company regulations, training crew members, managing business operations such as food cost and labor, and ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
- Must be 18 years of age.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving.
