Shift Supervisor - 1331 W 117TH STREET

The Shift Supervisor will provide leadership and exceptional customer service while managing shift operations to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and compliance with company and government regulations. Responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, maintaining a clean and orderly environment, managing food cost, overseeing proper product preparation, and ensuring the safety and security of the restaurant. The role requires strong communication skills to provide feedback and resolve conflicts, as well as maintaining effective relationships with the restaurant team and management. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, alongside at least one year of restaurant experience and relevant certifications.
