Job Summary
Provide leadership and operational responsibility while running shifts in a restaurant. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and executing speed of service goals. Manage restaurant workflow by overseeing product preparation, equipment maintenance, and compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity, resolve conflicts, and achieve performance standards. Maintain integrity in managing company assets and adhere to labor regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving
Desired Qualifications
- Shift Manager certification
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
