Job Summary
Provide leadership and customer service while managing restaurant operations during shifts. Responsibilities include executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring team performance standards. Responsibilities also encompass managing food preparation, compliance with safety and health standards, and maintaining restaurant equipment. The position requires effective communication, collaboration with team members, and personal ownership of tasks, ensuring adherence to state and federal labor laws. Must have high school diploma or equivalent and one year of restaurant experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving such as District Manager, Area Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers
Desired Qualifications
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
