Job Summary
As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead and provide exceptional customer service while overseeing restaurant operations during your shift. Key responsibilities include executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, mentoring team members, maintaining compliance with food safety and Company standards, and managing various operational tasks such as inventory and equipment maintenance. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, effective communication, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Candidates should hold a high school diploma, have at least one year of restaurant experience, be 18 years or older, and hold necessary certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year Restaurant experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving
