Job Summary
Provide leadership and exceptional customer service while operating a shift in a restaurant environment. Responsible for achieving 100% customer satisfaction, compliance with Company and government regulations, and managing customer interactions. Act as a role model for team members, resolve conflicts, and provide feedback. Ensure proper food preparation, equipment maintenance, and manage labor and food costs. Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with required experience in restaurant management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year Restaurant experience preferred
- Proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Shift Manager certification
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record
- State mandated insurance (for relevant positions)
