Job Summary
Provide leadership and excellent customer service while managing restaurant shifts. Responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, ensuring team compliance with company standards, and maintaining product quality and safety. Act as a role model for team members, participate in goal-setting, provide feedback, and maintain effective communication. Ensure proper food safety practices and manage operational compliance, including labor management and cost control. Required qualifications include a High School diploma, food safety certification, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving such as District Manager, Area Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
