Job Summary
Direct store operations leadership including supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring completion of all opening and closing procedures. Manage customer relations by greeting shoppers, addressing complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while promoting the CVS customer service culture. Execute merchandise duties such as pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Communicate effectively between store management and crews to drive store execution and performance. Work flexible shifts including early mornings, overnight, and weekends to respond to urgent issues.
