Shift SQA Technician

Resolve quality issues with supplied parts and coordinate their removal. Monitor supplier compliance with drawings and standards to prevent defective items from reaching production or customers. Report non-conforming parts to suppliers and track corrective actions until resolution. Document and evaluate costs caused by supplier errors while monitoring supplier and factory quality control measures. Ensure smooth introduction of new products and components into production by managing necessary quality documentation and approval processes. Regularly inspect quality of supplied components and oversee effectiveness of containment and removal actions for faulty parts in production and warehouses. Adhere to internal regulations regarding quality, safety, and environmental protection.
