Shift Runner responsible for operating equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients between delivery and storage/work areas, preparing products, processing orders by phone and online, counting inventory, and completing paperwork. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift and move up to required weights, climb ladders/stairs, crouch/squat, reach, and tolerate varying temperatures. On-the-job training includes customer service orientation, interactive computer use, and hands-on practice. Strong numerical skills for making correct monetary change and handling transactions; ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers; capable of safe driving for delivery and navigating routes. Applies basic math and uses calculators; works in a general restaurant operations environment with routine safety and equipment maintenance duties.
