Job Summary
Directly lead, manage, and evaluate the team of non-exempt Shift Managers, providing high-level guidance on coaching on-site supervisors and operators. Establish performance standards and operational benchmarks for the Shift Manager program while auditing their execution of regional monitoring, especially outside normal business hours. Oversee macro-level staffing strategy and act as the escalation point for high-level resource adjustments, ensuring correct real-time decisions on staff deployment and gap coverage. Audit emergency communication and BXPOC guidance, verify Level 2 and Level 3 incident reports, and oversee tech failure responses and security vulnerability mitigations. This Full-Time 2nd Shift position requires 24/7 on-call availability, evenings, nights, and weekends/holidays. Salary range is $75K - $80K based on experience. Candidates must have three years of Security Manager experience, a valid driver's license, and pass all background and drug screenings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to be on call 24/7
- Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays
- MUST have experience as a Security manager
- Must have three years of Security Manager experience
- Valid Driver's License of 3 years or more with a clean Driving Record
- Previous security supervisor experience, or related field/education
- Dependable means of transportation
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available to cover various posts during the assigned shift
- Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings
