Shift Nurse RN - Full-time 1st shift

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care for residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate care plans, conduct resident assessments, and deliver education while collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues and families. Manage resident health maintenance, treatment phases, and preventative care within the full scope of nursing expertise. May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe administration of care. Operate in a 12-hour day shift within a not-for-profit Christian environment serving seniors over 100 years.
