Job Summary
The RN provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care, may serve as charge nurse, and supports delegation to licensed/unlicensed assistive personnel. This is a full-time 12-hour day-shift role with a sign-on bonus, located in Genoa, NE. Responsibilities include coordinating care, resident assessment, education, and various nursing interventions within the scope of nursing practice and applicable standards; opportunities for professional practice and adherence to ethical standards as an employee of a not-for-profit provider. Required Qualifications
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
