Job Summary
Partner with General and Assistant General Manager to ensure operations meet all Off The Hook standards during shifts and act as manager on duty opening and closing the restaurant. Enforce company policies, provide exemplary guest service, and use tools, forms, and logs to document results and take corrective actions when needed. Always ensure cleanliness of the restaurant throughout the shift. This role requires working a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, along with ServSafe certification and one year of restaurant management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may change
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evening, and weekends and travel as needed for work related functions and training
- Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Possess a valid driver's license
