Job Summary
Coordinate staff and client schedules to ensure efficient service delivery, acting as a liaison with nursing services and the Clinical Director. Oversee vehicle use and maintenance logs in collaboration with the Fleet Manager, while supervising case management and respite staff. Insure that all personnel are informed of shift incidents and supervise appropriate documentation of pertinent events. Complete required clinical and non-clinical paperwork as assigned. Available for a rotating schedule including Sunday mornings, weekday evenings, and Saturday mornings. Requires a Bachelor's degree in human services, a valid driver's license, and one year of experience with serious mental health needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of behavioral health issues
- Experience of at least one year in working with clients with serious mental health needs and in providing supervision to staff and program oversight
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Sun 7a.m.-3p.m.
- Mon, Tue, Wed 3p.m.-11p.m.
- Sat 7a.m.-3p.m.
