Job Summary
Shift Manager at Domino's in West Plains: provide managerial assistance to the General Manager to run operating standards, train and lead staff, analyze labor and sales, count inventory, supervise employees, interview/hire/onboard new team members, and ensure facility and equipment upkeep. Responsibilities include food preparation, delivering to designated locations, dropping nightly deposits, and handling related paperwork when the GM is unavailable. Requires customer-service orientation, strong communication, problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work nights/weekends; minimum age 18 and prior customer-service/restaurant experience preferred. Includes opportunities for growth toward Assistant Manager within the company with performance-based bonuses and signing bonuses after 30 days for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age or legally able to work 28+ hours a week
- Have previous Domino's shift management experience
- Be enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
- Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams
- Have strong communication and problem solving skills
- Be customer service oriented
- Be able to work long hours, including nights and weekends
- Be willing to learn and perform other duties as needed
- Be able to prepare pizzas and deliver to designated places where orders have been made
- Be able to handle deposits and related paperwork
