Job Summary
The Shift Manager is responsible for assisting in daily restaurant operations, managing shifts to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include building sales by promoting customer satisfaction, developing and training crew members, monitoring product quality and service times, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, controlling inventory and cash security, and performing administrative duties. Candidates should have knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures, be able to meet physical requirements, and demonstrate strong customer orientation focus.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Drivers License
- Must possess ServSafe certification
