Job Summary
Manage shift operations and lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring brand standards are met while handling customer service and equipment use. Coordinate daily tasks including driving through weather conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs, and utilizing registers and grills. Requires at least one year of restaurant managerial experience, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to multitask and solve problems. Flexible work availability is required, with no office-based duties. This role offers direct support from store owners and a culture focused on treating people with respect and delivering on promises.
Required Qualifications

- willing and able to handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
- willing and able to wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, follow brand standards and guidelines
