Job Summary
Shift Manager at Wendy's within The Salz Group responsible for assisting and executing daily operational activities, leading Crew Members and Team Trainers, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Key duties include training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures; cash management (setting up, issuing, reconciling, and closing cash drawers and deposits); ensuring shifts are rush-ready with well-stocked stations; supervising and coaching team members; conducting team huddles and communicating in a positive, collaborative manner; maintaining quality, production, and service standards; upholding Wendy's routines and compliance; multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while remaining professional and customer-focused.
Required Qualifications
