Job Summary
Shift Manager at Wendy's via The Salz Group: lead daily shift operations, train and supervise Crew Members and Team Trainers, ensure food safety, manage cash handling and deposits, maintain cleanliness and stock levels, coach staff, run team huddles/meetings, and deliver a memorable guest experience while meeting and exceeding standards and compliance requirements. Responsible for directing staff, ensuring production, quality, and service standards, and maintaining a professional, customer-oriented environment in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
