Job Summary
Manage the Wendy's shift by standing and moving for most of the shift, lifting up to 25-50 lbs, and handling weather-related tasks like managing rain at the drive-thru. Lead the team by giving direction, taking coaching feedback, and ensuring brand standards are followed while operating registers and grills. You must have at least one year of restaurant managerial experience, the ability to multitask and solve problems, and a high school diploma or GED. Flexible work availability is required.

- Skills in problem solving
- Customer service experience
- Experience with giving direction or taking coaching feedback
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs
- Ability to handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
- Ability to wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, follow brand standards and guidelines
