Job Summary
Manage the daily operations of a Wendy's store by leading a team in a fast-paced environment, handling customer service, and ensuring brand standards are met. Coordinate shift logistics, oversee equipment usage including registers and grills, and provide direction or coaching feedback to staff. Perform physical duties such as lifting up to 25-50 lbs, standing and moving for most of the shift, and managing weather-related tasks like drive-thru operations or trash removal. Requires at least one year of restaurant managerial experience, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to multitask and solve problems. Flexible work availability is required.
