Job Summary
Execute daily operations activities by training crew on food safety, managing cash registers, and performing walk-throughs to ensure readiness for opening, closing, or rushes. Supervise team members through huddles and meetings to maximize retention while coordinating delegated tasks and ensuring compliance with all policies.
