Job Summary
Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer, opens and closes the cafe, and ensures all stations meet brand standards. Prepares and serves food and smoothies, manages the register including cash handling, and handles customer complaints. Trains and coaches crew members, creates staff schedules, and uses software tools to manage labor and control inventory. Follows safety policies, sanitation practices, and completes required food worker certification. Assists with ordering inventory and maintains correct stock levels.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete the Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Programs
- Basic computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Certified Food Worker Card required
- Previous supervisory experience
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as an assistant manager, store manager, restaurant manager, shift manager, supervisor, barista or in retail
- Previous experience at Starbucks, Allied Universal, Alro, Taco Bell, Raising Cane's, Kilwins or other restaurant/retail positions
