Job Summary
Oversee daily plant operations by supervising production and warehouse teams, assigning tasks, managing shifts, and monitoring performance to ensure schedules and targets are met. Coordinate activities across production, logistics, and warehouse functions to optimize material flow and minimize downtime while enforcing safety protocols and PPE usage. Maintain accurate records of output, inventory, and attendance, preparing operational reports for management and implementing corrective measures for quality and efficiency gaps. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of First Degree (or equivalent qualification)
- 2–3 years' relevant experience in operations, production, plant supervision, or a similar industrial environment
- Strong understanding of production and plant operations
- Knowledge of industrial relations and workforce supervision
- Awareness of safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements
- Understanding of operational efficiency and business performance management
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively
- Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and team management abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
