Job Summary
Direct and coordinate production and loading activities for operatives, including Loaders, Pallet setters, and conveyor workers. Plan work schedules, assignments, and sequences to meet daily targets while enforcing safety policies, P.P.E usage, and Client/TDL rules. Manage recruitment, orientation, and training of new staff, and maintain records for attendance, hours worked, and truck/trailer loading counts. Prepare production reports on time, expense, and operations data for management review. Ensure smooth logistics processes, monitor worker performance, and conduct evaluations or promotions as needed. Maintain security of all information and ensure reconciliation of activities between Client and TDL.
Required Qualifications
- First Degree/National Diploma
- 2 - 3 years' experience
