Job Summary
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards while overseeing daily store operations. Lead sales-driving initiatives and customer engagement to meet or exceed performance targets. Manage workforce planning, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support. Handle store administration and regulatory compliance, including reports, permits, and safety programs. Work shifting schedules and long hours under pressure. This role supports Perf Restaurants Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, in San Fernando, Pampanga.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be able to communicate well, orally and in writing, to all levels in the store operations
