Job Summary
Direct employees operating the front line and kitchen while quickly preparing customer orders according to specifications. Operate all kitchen equipment and prioritize workload by serving customers first, then maintaining the dining room and work area. Create and maintain a positive atmosphere among staff and customers, ensuring consistent product portions and quality service. Acknowledge customers in a friendly manner and report any needed equipment repairs to the Maintenance Department. Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures while directing operations under general supervision.
Required Qualifications

- Thorough knowledge of kitchen food preparation
- Register equipment operation
