Job Summary
Direct and ensure the efficient operation of the front line and kitchen by quickly preparing customer orders according to specifications and prioritizing workload to serve customers first. Operate all kitchen equipment, maintain knowledge of operations, and report any needed equipment or facility repairs to the Maintenance Department. Create and maintain a positive atmosphere among employees and customers while ensuring consistent product portions and quality service. Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures, and make quick decisions to react to changing situations in the dining room and work area.
Required Qualifications
- Some high school courses
- Thorough knowledge of kitchen food preparation
- Register equipment operation
