Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations with energy, ensuring strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success. Set the shift tone by motivating and coaching members, while delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations. Enforce brand standards for cleanliness, food safety, and quality, and handle opening/closing duties including key-holder responsibilities. Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports. Communicate clearly with guests and staff, support new hire training, and step into any station as needed to maintain smooth operations. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
