Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations with energy and accountability; drive strong opening/closing routines, set the tone for the shift, and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service while maintaining brand standards for cleanliness, food safety, and quality. Support training and onboarding of new team members; foster a positive, team-oriented environment; step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly; emphasize reliable performance, servant leadership, and exceptional guest service. Requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and reliable transportation. Prior supervisory or restaurant management experience is preferred; US work authorization is required. Ready to lead with purpose and grow with Steak ’n Shake.
