Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations by setting up the team for success, motivating staff, and delivering fast, friendly service that exceeds guest expectations. Ensure all brand standards are met regarding cleanliness, food safety, and quality while handling opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities, drawer counts, and end-of-day reports. Communicate clearly with guests and team members, support new hire training, and step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect. This role requires proven reliability, strong people skills, and prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting.
