Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations by setting up the team for success, delivering fast and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations, and ensuring all brand standards for cleanliness and food safety are met. Motivate and coach team members, handle opening and closing duties including key-holder responsibilities, count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports. Support training and onboarding of new associates while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly. This role requires proven reliability, strong people skills, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer competitive pay up to $20.25 per hour plus unique Bitcoin bonus pay and comprehensive benefits.
