Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability. Ensure strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success, handling key-holder responsibilities, counting drawers, and managing deposits. Set the tone for the shift by motivating and coaching team members, delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations. Ensure all brand standards are met regarding cleanliness, food safety, and quality. Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members while supporting training and onboarding of new associates. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect, stepping into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
