Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations by setting up the team for strong openings and closings, ensuring all brand standards for cleanliness, food safety, and quality are met. Motivate and coach team members while delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations. Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities, count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports. Communicate clearly with guests and staff, support training and onboarding of new hires, and step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
