Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations by setting up the team for success, motivating staff, and ensuring strong openings and closings. Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations while maintaining brand standards for cleanliness, food safety, and quality. Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities, count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports. Communicate clearly with guests and team members, support training and onboarding of new hires, and step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays required.
