Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability. Ensure strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success, delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations. Motivate and coach team members, handle opening and closing duties including key-holder responsibilities, and count drawers to manage deposits. Communicate clearly with guests and staff while supporting training and onboarding of new team members. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect, stepping into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly. This role requires proven reliability, strong people skills, and a passion for mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
