Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations by ensuring strong openings and closings, setting the shift tone through coaching and motivation, and delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations. Manage opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities, while counting drawers, handling deposits, and finalizing end-of-day reports. Ensure all brand standards are met regarding cleanliness, food safety, and quality, and step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Support training and onboarding of new team members to foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect. Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members, demonstrating servant-leadership and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
