Job Summary
Provide leadership and excellent customer service while managing a shift in the restaurant. Responsibilities include executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards, leading the restaurant team and managing business operations effectively. The role requires acting as a role model, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, managing labor, and facilitating teamwork. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, food safety certification, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
