Job Summary
Lead shift operations at Sweet Cow in Aurora, CO, coaching a team to deliver friendly, efficient customer experiences in a fast-paced ice cream shop. Responsibilities include leading the shift, delegating tasks, ensuring cleanliness and organization, handling POS and cash, maintaining a positive customer-focused environment, solving real-time issues, and managing daily shop operations including opening and closing tasks. Requires 18+ years old, 6+ months of experience delegating and coordinating two or more employees, 6+ months in a related service industry, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for full shifts, and open availability for required shift schedules. Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- at least six months of experience delegating and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
- at least six months of experience in a related service industry
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the full shift
- open availability with required shift structure (4 daytime shifts Mon-Fri or 2+ closing shifts Mon-Thu, 2+ closing shifts Fri-Sun, and 1+ daytime shift Sat-Sun)
