Job Summary
Shift Manager at Domino's Spokane: assist the General Manager in running and implementing operating standards, supervise staff, manage cash deposits and paperwork when GM is unavailable, count inventory, analyze labor and sales, ensure cleanliness and equipment maintenance, interview/hire/onboard new team members, and prepare food products. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Night shift availability preferred
- On the Job Training including Shadowing Managers in shift
- Cash handling, people management and time management skills
- Be able to work long hours, nights, weekends, and emergencies
- Be willing to learn and perform other duties within the restaurant as needed
