Job Summary
Lead shift operations across multiple stations (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru) to meet operational and quality standards; coach and train crew members; ensure the team is meeting speed-of-service targets; oversee regular cleaning and sanitation; assist with new employee orientation and training; report customer or employee issues to MOD; conduct shift meetings; perform other job-related duties; move and stock food weighing up to 50 pounds; maintain attendance and adherence to company policies; enjoy benefits including medical, dental, vision after eligibility, paid time off, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The role requires basic restaurant/retail knowledge, strong communication, leadership, and the ability to follow directions and multitask.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
