Shift Manager (Rotating)

Shift Manager to lead mill operations at the Matraville paper mill on a rotating 24/7 shift. Responsibilities include managing a team of 10 operators, achieving production throughput and safety KPIs, controlling operational costs to budget, ensuring conformance to environmental licenses, and developing the technical paper making skills of the team. The role emphasizes training and development, adequate resourcing, team engagement, performance management, and driving continuous improvement and root cause analysis to sustain KPI targets. Prior experience in paper-making is preferred but not mandatory; SAP systems experience and lean/manufacturing improvement background are advantageous.
