Shift Manager - Roanoke Area

Manage shift operations and staff at Wendy's locations in Roanoke and Lynchburg by using Wendy's Systems to maintain service excellence and ensure food safety standards are met. Empower your team to achieve organizational goals while handling HR duties, interviewing candidates for staffing needs, and providing A+ training. Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks and travel to the bank, other restaurants, or the Area Office as required. This role offers extensive skills training, multiple bonus programs, and a clear path to promotion up to Store General Manager. Day and night shifts are available, with a preference for flexible scheduling including late nights and breakfast coverage.
