Job Summary
Shift Supervisors assist the management team and help ensure guest satisfaction during shifts at our restaurant brands (Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar, IHOP, and Fuzzy’s Taco Shop). The role requires 6 months to 1 year of restaurant supervisor or shift leader experience and candidates must be at least 21 years old. This position supports day-to-day shift operations, guest service, and adherence to brand standards, with opportunities to lead team members and contribute to a positive guest experience.
